Timothy J. Dougherty, Founder and President
Tim Dougherty has over 30 years of experience in philanthropy, including 27 years in leadership roles. He has worked in over two dozen countries with a wide variety of organizations in the arts, healthcare, housing, education, and youth development. Tim has strengthened fundraising programs, led numerous campaigns, and raised hundreds of millions of dollars - he has a unique ability to assess an organization’s fundraising prospects and work with stakeholders to make the most of that potential.
Tim currently serves as Chief Advancement Officer for Silver Hill Hospital in New Canaan, Connecticut, and also offers consulting services to select/referred clients. Tim has access to a wide professional network and can assemble teams to meet the needs of any fundraising effort.
